absolutley distraught with this experience. I found roaches everywhere, and the odor was overwhelming. The lack of compensation for my discomfort was disheartening. I could have almost left a glowing review, but the absolute failure in hospitality ruined that for me. Next time, I expect a major room upgrade for all my struggles, thank you very much.
